Marsad Cyber publishes 112 attributed claims and asks readers to check every one of them. That request only means something if there is somewhere to send a correction.

One address covers everything below. There is no form on this site and no tracking script, which is the same reason the pages carry no third-party requests at all.

  • CorrectionsA figure that does not match the underlying data. Quote the page and the number. Every published figure traces to a dated snapshot, so a correction can be checked against the source rather than argued about. Corrections are made openly and the page states that it changed.
  • Method questionsHow a record was classified, why a claim counts as attributed to the United Arab Emirates, or why a figure moved between snapshots. The rules are set out in the methodology, and anything they fail to answer is worth an email.
  • Removal and objectionThis site never names an affected organisation and never publishes leaked material. If you believe a page identifies your organisation anyway, write and say which page. Such a message is treated as urgent and the page comes down while it is checked.
  • Press and researchFigures may be cited with a link to the page they appear on. The full dataset behind the tracker is published as JSON and CSV, so a citation can be verified without asking.

What this project will not accept

Do not send leaked material

Do not send stolen data, victim names, breach samples or leak-site addresses. Material of that kind is deleted unread. Republishing unlawfully obtained data is an offence under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021, and the rule holds regardless of who sends it or why.

This project also does not sell services. It does not perform security assessments, does not certify organisations against any framework, and holds no accreditation from any UAE authority. The full set of rules governing what it publishes is in the editorial policy.

Who receives the message

Marsad Research Team reads the address. Marsad Cyber is an independent research project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any vendor, regulator or government body of the United Arab Emirates. More about the project is on the about page, and the sources behind the numbers are listed under data sources.
